"Rockin’ DW Construction performed a remodel for the Spokane Eye Clinic at our north clinic location in 2007. During the bid process, Dan Wilson was the most thorough in his research of our project, asked the most questions, was the most professional and took the time to bring in all of his prospective sub-contractors to get the most accurate bid. The quality and thoroughness of the work confirmed our initial impression. The level of service and commitment to making sure we were 100% satisfied with the end result was excellent. Our site supervisor, John Adrian, was in constant communication with us during the project, giving us updates on progress and any potential “hiccups.” During any remodel project hiccups are expected to happen and our project was no different. John would always clearly explain our options, provide his opinion when asked and allowed us to make an informed decision. When issues arose with sub-contractors we always felt like John and Dan were acting in our best interest and not just placating us to maintain the relationship with the sub-contractor – they truly supported us as the customer. Inland Commercial Casework provided the casework for our project and Doug Hanenburg offered suggestions based upon the architect’s drawings that turned out very well. His insight and understanding of cabinetry were extremely helpful. Rockin’ DW’s support staff also reflected “The Brand for Excellence.” Rockin’ DW Construction met our timelines, our budget and exceeded our expectations and we would be happy to use them again on another project."
